As we move through life, we either continue to learn and evolve, or we coast and degenerate.

Getting old, allowing our thinking and movements to get smaller and fewer, is easy. Staying young isn’t difficult, but it does take continual attention. Sure we all age, but how we do it is largely dependent upon us.

The main reason I studied the Anat Baniel Method was to increase my vitality. I want to move through life with ease and without chronic pain. These movement lessons have helped me do that and teaching this work continues my learning as well.
